It’s very important to us that our staff are objective when helping you find the best options to resolve your financial challenges. One thing that clouds objectivity in our industry is commission. If a financial consultant or advisor is paid a lot of commission if you choose one option, but very little or nothing if you choose others, there is little doubt as to which direction he or she will likely be inclined to steer you. With many viable options to help you with your debts and some carrying long-term consequences, we believe it is essential that you be given the straight facts and that all options be discussed openly and honestly without a bias toward any particular one. This is why we pay our staff straight salaries and never link their financial compensation to any financial solution you choose. This is one important way we help our staff put your interests first.
